SUPER EASY Creamy Mushroom Udon

Hey! Today we’ll cook creamy mushroom udon/ Ingredients: Udon 2 teaspoons of butter 1/3 cup of 20% cream 1/3 cup of any broth Mushrooms Green onions 2 heads of garlic Chop the mushrooms. Slice the garlic and chop green onions. Cook udon according to the instructions. Fry the mushrooms in a dry pan for about 2-3 minutes. Add 2 teaspoons of butter and after 2 minutes add garlic. Pour in stock. After boiling add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. After 2 minutes pour in the cream. Stir well and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add udon and stir. Sprinkle with green onions. Ready!
