The trip lasted for 2 nights, 3 days. We got there by the minivan and it took us around 2-3hr from Phnom Penh to Kompot where it is a tourist hot-spot among Cambodian youngsters and foreigners. Unlike Sihanoukville which is known for the second Macau in Asia, Kompot is a desire destination for those who appreciate the mixture beauty of mountain, tributaries and sea or super-relaxing in one word.
