“DID YOU LEARN” 25min AMRAP of: 200m run (250/225m row)(600/450m bike) 1 round of light DT (115/75# bar) (35/25# dB/kB) (backpack) 10 bar-facing burpees over the bar/dB/kb/backpack **1 Rd of DT = 12 deadlifts 9 hang power cleans 6 shoulder to overhead -Don’t come out to hot or too slow, find your pace in the first 10 min and settle in. Constant movement for 25min, this may mean ~5-8 rounds -weight should be light enough to go unbroken for the first half without being punished -cycle barbell smoothly, controlled, BREATHE -run/machine as well as burpees should be scaled to take ~60-75s
