Mixed Veggie Vermicelli Recipe Ingredients: 50g Black dried mushrooms 1 carrot 300g White Cabbage 110g Vermicelli 1 tbsp Avocado oil 1/2 tsp Ginger 1/2 tsp Green onion 1/2 tsp White pepper 1/2 tsp Sea Salt 1 tsp sesame oil PREP: Shred the mushrooms, carrot and white cabbage. COOKING: 1.) Put oil on the pan, put the green onion and mushrooms. Mix it. Add carrots and the white cabbage and Ginger. 2.) Add 1 cup of water (150 ML) and cover for 2 minutes. Add in white pepper and sea salt. Mix it together. 3.) Add in all the vermicelli for 3-5 minutes. Add in seasame oil, Mix well and you’re done!
