Skyrim Legendary Pickpocket Power Levelling

PLEASE EXPAND AND READ COMPLETELY BEFORE COMMENTING! This is a method you can use to power-level Pickpocket. Eventually, I may write a more detailed description, but it's pretty self-explanatory. If you have any questions, post them in the comments. This was done on the PC, but does not require any modding, cheating, or console commands.
