80g brown shimeiji mushroom
1000g(5 cup) cold water
Chinese Herbs:
2 pieces female ginseng / angelica sinensis
8g(a handful) ginseng tails
10g(a handful) astragalus hoangtchy
4 sheets chuanxiong rhizome
10g(a handful) goji berries
10 red dates
Seasonings:
60g(4 tbsp) sesame oil
45g (3 tbsp) mushroom stock
15g(1 tbsp) black vinegar
6g(2 tsp) white pepper
2g(1/2 tsp) five spice powder
6g (2 tsp) salt
