TAS Taipei iGEM: 4-Ingredient Nanoparticles

Dissolve 3 mg/mL chitosan in 1% (w/v) acetic acid. Adjust pH to 5.5 with NaOH. Dissolve desired protein in chitosan solution Dissolve 1 mg/mL tripolyphosphate in distilled water. Add equal volumes of TPP and chitosan solutions while stirring the chitosan solution. Centrifuge the suspension to collect nanoparticles.
