30 minutes of high intensity exercise using dumbbells for increased resistance! Our whole body will be on fire!
All you will need is a pair of dumbbells, your mat, a bottle of water handy and your body warmed up ready to go!
Muscular endurance and elevating the heart rate is the aim for these 30 minutes! And of course having fun too!😉
The timer will be on for 30 seconds of work, with 15 seconds rest! Each exercise is repeated twice however the staple exercise ‘skier’ is performed only once per set!
