BIGGEST CHIP EVER! We saved this knife from death! fixed completely by hand.

This is by far the worst chip in a knife we have ever had into the shop. This is just the first part of the repair and unfortunately we didn't have time to film the rest. In this video we show you the removal of the chip on a 220 grit Naniwa traditional stone. After this we thinned both sides of the blade and performed a final sharpening after that.
