Ingredients:
Red Kidney beans / Rajma - 1 Cup
Basmati rice - 1 Cup
Whole Spices
Bay leaves - 2
Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
Black Cardamom - 2
Small cardamom - 1
Cloves - 3
Black pepper corns - 5
Cumin - 2 tea spoons
Kashmiri chilli - 1
Powdered Spices
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tea spoon
Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon
Coriander powder- 2 tea spoon
Dry mango Powder - 1 Tea spoon
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tea spoon
Chana masala - 1 tea spoon
Rajma masala - 1 tea spoon
Garam masala powder - for garnish
Salt- to taste
Sugar - 1 pinch
Tomato purée- 1 cup (1 1/2 large red tomatoes)
Fine chopped onions- 2 medium
Ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon
Green chilli- 2
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Oil/ ghee- 2 tablespoons
Water for washing, soaking and cooking
