?食材: 鹹豬肉 400 克 芫荽 100 克 豆腐 600 克 薑 1 塊 ?做法: 1️⃣ 芫荽洗淨切段,豆腐切小塊,鹹豬肉洗淨切片備用。 2️⃣ 燒滾一鍋水,放一塊薑,加入豬肉和豆腐煮 5 分鐘。 3️⃣ 加入芫荽,再次滾起即可出鍋。因為鹹肉已經有鹹味,所以這個湯不需要加鹽。 ?Ingredients: Salted pork - 400g Coriander - 100g Tofu - 600g Ginger - 1 piece ?Cooking Directions: 1️⃣ Wash and cut coriander into sections. Cut tofu into small cubes. Wash and slice salted pork and set aside. 2️⃣ Bring a pot of water to a boil, add a piece of ginger, then add pork and tofu and cook for 5 minutes. 3️⃣ Add coriander and bring to a boil again, then remove from heat.
