Setting up the Environment ! F1 Package #1DimL

Welcome to 1 Day in my Life! 1DimL is a series where I bring you into my developper's life, my goal is to work in Formula 1 one day so I've decided to start by making some projects around F1. Today we are setting up our computer so we have everything we need during the rest of the series. I will use PyCharm for the coding, Anaconda for the environments and Github for the versionning.
