In this video we are replacing a Lockwood 3582 slim mortice lock with a Kaba SBM2 mortice lock, they both are the same size and both work the same way. The current lock is broken and the outside handle that should be locked is free and opening the lock. The new lock is installed and the inside is set to always be free to exit.
