How to install metering to your solaredge inverter

This video will show you how to add metering to your SolarEdge system using your solaredge inverter RS-485 BUS. In this video I am using WattNode Modbus from Ebay: https://ebay.to/2rTACR5 For just about $50 - $70 you can add metering functionality to your solaredge. This meter is the same meter solaredge use for their meter. This video will show you how to connect the power wires, the sensor wires and the RS-485 modbus cables to your inverter. I will also show you how to configure your inverter to start communicating with your meter. Then I will also show you how it is shown in the solaredge monitoring platform (it will show production, self-consumption, exports to grid, etc...) #solaredge #monitoring #metering
