Top 10 Stupid 911 Calls in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada for 2015

Vancouver's E-Comm 911 just released their annual top 10 reasons why NOT to call 911 for 2015. For privacy reasons, they would not release the actual voices of the stupid callers. However, they did release the 911 dispatchers responses to the top 2 callers... This is an annual tradition for the 911 system to release the top 10 most commonly stupid and/or dumb calls of the 1 million or so calls that they receive each year in the metro area. Here it is, the insane and stupid top 10 calls to 911 in the Vancouver, British Columbia area for 2015...hopefully they did not endanger too many people by delaying calls for REAL emergencies....
