Because it has 4 microphones and a speakerphone you can have a mix of in-person and remote people being heard and the 360 degree mic input means everyone gets heard well from up to 13 foot away from the speaker. It has a great wide angle lens 100° so can capture your entire crew in one webcam. The Nuroum C20 is a plug and play webcam, so it requires no software or drivers and works natively with Windows or Mac OS as well as LInux, Chromebooks and more. It supports Zoom, Skype, Discord, Microsoft Teams, Streamlabs OBS, OBS Studio, OBS Live (Stream Elements), Windows Camera app and any video client as it acts like a normal webcam input. It has 1 click mute for speaker and microphone, and the led ring light makes sure you know the status at all times. The microphones (4) are AI powered so you don't have to do much tuning with any software to filter out background noise, and the speaker is voice optimized to minimize having background noise. Now, here would be some things to note that are areas of improvement or what the product does lack: No automation for camera movement, there is no way to auto-rotate or use software to make the camera rotate and change camera/angle, it just is fixed pointed one way so you have to manually move and rotate the conference speaker cam if you want to change angle or move it. No pivot capability, the webcam angle is fixed so you can't mount it on a pivot ball head or get any pivot to make it point down easily, or even upward. It is just fixed at a set level, you can put it on stands or platforms to vary the height, but it has no ability to pan/tilt.
