How to GENERATE random distribution of inclusions in FEA using the Monte Carlo Methods

This video shows how to generate random distribution of inclusions within a material domain for use in FEA simulation. It uses the Monte Carlo Methods in achieving this. This video introduces the principles of the Monte Carlo methods before showing how this can be implemented within FEA for a material domain. Three important steps/stages of the Monte Carlo methods were introduced namely: (a) the Hard core model (b) Periodicity of material and (c) Heuristic improvements. The application of the Monte Carlo methods was shown so that one can create random distribution of inclusions within FEA.
