Fluid Art Pour with Gallium Metal & Acrylic Paint

This was a really interesting pour experiment. I wanted to try something totally new and see how it would look. I think it turned out pretty fun. Gallium can be purchased on Amazon, and I did not feel it was unsafe to work with for a little while. Do have to watch out for when it dries it has tiny shards that can flip in the eyes. Wear safety glasses if you ever try this. I was working with acrylic paints, gallium, Floetrol, glue, distilled water and pure silicone (treadmill belt lubricant Spot On Brand). Lots of viewers have comments on why I didn't pour over the top of dried paint. I really thought the gallium would stick better, and I have never tried this before. If you have any questions or comments leave a comment below and I will try and respond asap. Hey, I take photographs too!
