AC Leaking Freon Both Coils

I return to work on an air conditioning system, I recently added several pounds of 410a. I start searching for leak on the system outside I put my gauges on and noticed there is no refrigerant in the system. Therefore I add some 410 A to the system for a trace charge. Afterwords I add nitrogen to raise the pressure to make it easier to locate leak. After adding the nitrogen I start to hear a bubbling sound. I find the leak bubbling out of the condenser coil on the bottom where the pan is full of water. Finally I also decided to check in the attic the evaporator coil. Also locating a week on the evaporator coil this way I don’t have a condenser replaced and there still a leak on the system. Due to the condensing coil and the evaporator coil leaking this system will be replaced
