Has my hair stopped growing?" There are a lot of myths and misconceptions about growing long hair, and one thing that mixes people up a lot is the concept of terminal length. I try to explain (in quick, layman's terms) what terminal length is (and what it is not) and why you shouldn't worry, at 5 inches of growth, that your hair has "stopped growing."
