For me, Lazada is a better online platform for medical equipment and as such, it is where I was able to purchase this portable urine analyzer. I find this small machine very useful for my practice. It helps me diagnose my patients better especially my urinary patients. At first, it was quite disappointing that my order didn't include the 11-parameter test strips which is why I wasn't able to test the product in the vlog. I asked the supplier about it and they sent me the test strips right away. Unfortunately, it took at least two months before the test strips to arrive because it was held in Hongkong customs and I was already getting upset because of the opportunity cost. I negotiated with the company to send me another set provided I shoulder the shipping cost which I wasn't willing to do because the fault was on their side. Going forward, we were finally able to settle things and I was able to get the 2nd bottle. After a month, the first bottle arrived. They didn't make me pay for it anymore. After that event, I didn't have any more troubles with my unit. What I like most about this product is I can check the results (present and past) online via an app. The app is available on IOs and android phones so it is very convenient. There is an option to connect a printer but I would just take a screenshot out of the app and send it to my clients.
