REVIEW: Milani 2 in 1 Foundation + Concealer (BAHASA) Sand Beige

Review and wear test of this new Milani Conceal Perfect 2 in 1 FOundation + Concealer. It looks so oily later. But then I find out I just didn't wear enough powder. You really need to set with a lot of powder, even baking if you live in tropical country like me.
