Make yourself a bowl of Vegan Dan Dan Noodles—spicy, nutty, and loaded with umami! Chewy noodles, zesty chili oil, and savory tofu crumbles make every bite a flavor-packed party.
Ingredients:
- MasterChow Whole Wheat Noodles (as per serving size)
- 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 1 cup tofu, chopped
- 2-3 tbsp MasterChow Delhi Belly Sauce
- 1 tbsp MasterChow Hong Kong Hottie
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Boil the MasterChow Whole Wheat Noodles according to the package instructions. Set aside.
2. Heat a pan and sauté the chopped mushrooms and tofu until golden and fragrant.
3. Add 2-3 tbsp Delhi Belly Sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Stir in 1 tbsp Hong Kong Hottie and 1 tbsp peanut butter, mixing well to create a creamy sauce.
5. Toss the cooked noodles into the sauce, ensuring they’re fully coated.
6. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot!
