Trooper talks about Tennessee's 'No Refusal Law'

Tennessee HIghway Patrol Sgt. Randall Martin about Tennessee's 'No Refusal Law.' Knox and Sevier counties are among 16 statewide selected to participate in a "No Refusal" enforcement sweep by the Tennessee Highway Patrol and local law enforcement agencies. Signed by Gov. Bill Haslam on May 9, the "No Refusal Law" allows authorities to seek search warrants for a blood sample if a person arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence refuses to provide one.
