Overall a very poor Build engine game. No item management or exploration, only 2 weapons (one of which is practically useless compared to the other), and nothing to the gunplay besides holding down the trigger and watching the gib sprites. Zombie FPS games weren't really a big FPS sub-genre until Left 4 Dead, which was released a couple of months after Zombie Crisis. Before that you had Ocean's terrific but obscure Last Rites, the They Hunger mod for Half-Life, and Land of the Dead. Considering how cheap all of those would've been to get in 2008, there wasn't much reason to play Zombie Crisis unless you were trying out the homebrew PSP or Xbox ports (which afaik are really just separate ports of Duke Nukem 3D running the game as a TC).
