PRESENTER: Anneeth Kaur Hundle Assistant Professor, Department of Anthropology, UC Irvine HOST/CONVENER: Neilesh Bose Associate Professor and Canada Research Chair in Global and Comparative History, Department of History, University of Victoria DESCRIPTION: A (very brief) overview of the development of the field of Sikh Studies in the Western academy, the emergence of Critical Sikh Studies, and exciting new directions in the field.
