♡ COTH EPILOGUE ~ NITA (Very AU) ♡

So about 6 months later, 1 channel deletion, and finished student teaching tenure here is my epilogue for WCRfan126's RP Call of the Hunted. Wow it's been a really long year. One of the biggest milestones was when I contemplated the role of editing in my life. I don't think it'll play such a big role anymore but this was so fun to do - for now, whenever I need to I will turn back to it and that's good enough for now :) While this RP kicked me in the behind towards the end this is one of my favorite stories and characters I had written. Not only does it touch on so many personal moments in my life and translates them into fiction but I had such an amazing time plotting with Lauren (viridescent) and creating a story with both Nita and Kida together. She was so open to all my crazy ideas about the way magic worked in this little world we were building and it was so amazing how down she was to interweave her own story with mine. It was an incredible collaboration that started a very beautiful friendship ♡ It was also really fun plotting and writing with Bella (animefreaknya) with our little babies, Nita and Garret. I just love how their relationship started out with a friendship and Nita walking into one of his dreams. It just puts them both in such a vulnerable place and a beautiful way for both of them to get to know one another. It also fit perfectly because a person's dreams is a way for them to understand what is going on beneath the surface, which is something Garrett needed. Our two plots just had such an easy transition to merge with one another and I'm so glad that we were able to do this with each other and that she herself got to the finals! Absolutely incredible ♡ For a long time I could really only focus on the negatives when it came to editing. It was hard on me mentally and I needed the time away I took. But editing this really happy and VERY AU epilogue showed me the really great things the past year of editing has given me - opportunities to create diverse stories and characters, new friendships, and a confidence in my own creative ability. How can I not be happy for that.
