Which of the three Baltic capitals (Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius) is the "best"?

If you can visit only some of three capitals of "the three Baltic states" (Tallinn, Estonia; Riga, Latvia; Vilnius, Lithuania), which one you would choose? The video shows my suggestion.
