STRAWBERRY TRIFLE : Ingredients: 1 ltr milk 3 tbsp cornflour 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 4 tbsp sugar 1 small fresh cream 1 condensed milk ( milk maid ) 2 packets marie biscuits For strawberry sauce : 20 pieces of strawberries ( cut to small pieces) 4 tsp sugar 1 cup water METHOD: Mix cornflour, sugar and vanilla essence to milk and make a thick custard when it cools add fresh cream and milk maid mix well with the help of a blender to make a smooth custard. Now make the strawberry sauce by cooking strawberries sugar and water cook till the strawberries start mashing and becomes little thick now take a glass vessel start by adding prepared custard then marie biscuits then the strawberry sauce repeat it again and then garnish with some sauce and fresh strawberries. Keep in the refrigerator for at least 4-5 hours ENJOY cold .
