Session 1: Introduction to the class

Corporate finance is the ultimate big picture class and covers the first principles of running a business. In this class, I provide an introduction to the contents and objective of the class, while listing its key themes. That said, corporate finance first principles don't magically change over time, and while nothing is timeless, the lessons hold up.
