GOSFORD FOREST GUIDE TO MOUNTAINBIKING!(familyfriendly)

Today i was at the lovely gosford forest and as the title suggests this is more for the beginner rider or those who would like to try mountain biking with family and kids its a gentle place with nice wee climbs, small drops and nice berms but it is quite peddaly so smaller kids might find it tough going but you can always exit out everywere i have tried to show how to navigate around the place as it can be vague green block with black arrows are more fireroad lanes blue block witjh black arrow is the main trail i think its 6km long.I have also try to explain how to corner using the berms and using feet and pedal position to get grip around corners also the drops are only small but get off and have a look first if in doubt or you can ride round them i explain tyre pressures for here and which tyre and bikes are best used plus tyre pressures hope it helps you folks out and gets you the bug for riding mtb and maybe getting to do more challenging trails we have loads other vlogs on so have a look thanks.ps a wee bike check also of my bike.
