GTA San Andreas Neptunia Extra - Exploring GTA3's Ghost Town

Exploring the Ghost Town that appears in GTA 3's intro cutscene. This place can be discovered in III which is located behind the hills of Shoreside Vale, but the floor isn't solid and you'll end up falling down the water and die. The map is converted from GTA 3 to be used for the Liberty City Stories beta mod for San Andreas. Since the floor is now solid I can safely explore this small area that you couldn't explore in III, plus using helicopters and an F-14 can make it easier to get there unlike in III with the Dodo being uncontrollable.
