It’s now the best time of the year to dive the wrecks and coral dive sites at the Padi Scuba Diving Pattaya Thailand and Samae san Islands (October to May). Pattaya and Samae san have over 20 tropical islands and over 40 different dive sites both wreck and coral. Pattaya has a good selection of coral dive sites for certified divers and students such as Koh Rin, North Rock/South Rock, Koh Man Wichai and Koh klung badan. Koh Rin island has 2 pinnacles either side of her as well as the main island which are great coral dives. Koh Man Wichai has a wall and the famous “fingers” the reef Scuba Diving Pattaya Thailand for looking like the shape of a giant hand. On the coral dives, you will see tropical fish life such as Angelfish, Butterflyfish, schooling Fusiliers and Long Toms plus we have different types of stingrays and pufferfish to see on the dives. The Pattaya Near islands are renowned for large Hawkbill turtles especially on the Islands of Koh Larn, Koh Sak and Koh Krok, you see them on every dive. Pattaya is also a great place to wreck dive or take a PADI course as we have 4 great shipwrecks, the HTMS Khram & HTMS Kood which rest at 30 meters plus the HTMS Mataphon at 22 meters these all ex-US Navy vessels. We also run dive trips from a traditional Thai island hopper boat to the Samae San islands which offer good wreck and coral sites. In Samae san we have the most famous wreck in the Pattaya areas, the WWII Hardeep wreck which was sunk by RAF in 1945.
