Till They Take My Heart Away - MYMP | Clarissa Tomato We went out yesterday (June 5, 2021) for our weekly grocery at Robinsons Place Antipolo. After we have our grocery we've seen a lady busker right beside old spaghetti house. We ate our early dinner at the old spaghetti house knowing that we can hear her sing but we were not able to hear her songs inside the restaurant. Before we head home we stopped by to watch her perform. She's good than most of the buskers I've heard before. Sadly, the song that she is singing was her last song when we stopped by to watch her set. Then I gave her a tip and requested for an MYMP song if its still ok for her. She happily replied yes, I can do MYMPs, she said. After playing Till They Take My Heart Away another song was again played and another Sitti song after. Sadly, there are only few who can appreciate buskers at Antipolo. People might be hesitant to watch, or shy as they may be looked down by other people. But for me, I appreciate these kinds of artists on the streets/malls who performs for free (who doesn't like free? Right?). If you love them perform, you can give them a tip. If you don't have much, its ok. But with just a clap or happy face they seen from their audience, it makes them feel good as they've seen people appreciate what they are doing. These artists just like any other professions also invest their time, effort and money to enhance their skills and buy their musical gears for people to hear and appreciate their music.
