Growing Zebra Grass

Zebra in the undergrowth, well, its stripey and I guess that's a tenuous start.....this big bold Miscanthus 'Zebrinus' is great during the winter and holds itself together beautifully turning a gorgoes biscuit brown and produces the metallic pink flushed plumey flowers synonymous with the Miscanthus tribe in early autumn. Another good candidate for the jungle garden or those borders where you're looking for good height and movement. Established clumps can be easily divided in late spring when the new growth starts to come through.
