Setting up a Python backend on macOS

Powered by Restream https://restream.io I must follow some instructions in a README to set up a Python backend with Postgres on Docker on macOS. It sounds simple, and maybe it will be. Experience has taught me that this is not always the case. I am live-streaming the process in case something interesting happens that could help someone else in a similar situation.
