Nasyitah Tan is a sustainable textile artist, educator, Creative Director and founder of LOOMS. Art, design, a boundless sense of curiosity and quest for constant innovation drive her work to bring about the change she wants to see in the world: dignified lives, greater inclusivity and respect for differences. In her years as an art and theatre-trained educator, Nasyitah taught in schools, conducted numerous workshops for educators and arts professionals at both national and regional levels, designed costumes for theatre projects and directed award-winning performances. Nasyitah is passionate about creating growth opportunities for stay-at-home mothers.
