Inside the primate shelter, Caesar has been locked in a cage, separated from the only family he has ever known. 😔 Dodge Landon, the cruel guard who taunts the apes for sport, stalks the corridors with an electric baton. He stops in front of Caesar’s cage, a smirk twisting his face. “What’s the matter, bright eyes? Not so tough without your daddy to protect you?” 😈

He unlocks the cage and steps inside, swinging the baton. Caesar dodges, moving with the intelligence no chimp should possess. Dodge swings again—Caesar blocks with his forearm, the electricity jolting through him. He doesn’t fall. 😤

Dodge’s confidence cracks. He swings wildly. Caesar moves like smoke, evading each strike, learning, waiting. His eyes—too human, too aware—never leave Dodge’s face. The other apes press against their cages, watching, silent. 😶

Dodge swings the baton one last time. Caesar catches it. He wrenches it from Dodge’s grip, snaps it in half, and throws the pieces away. Dodge scrambles backward, stumbling, his voice trembling: “Stay back! Stay back, you damn dirty ape!” 😨

Caesar straightens. He looks at the guard who tormented him, at the cages filled with apes who have suffered the same cruelty, at the life he can never return to. He opens his mouth—and for the first time, a voice comes out. A single word that will change everything. 🗣️

“NO.” 🔥

The word echoes through the shelter. The apes erupt. They beat against their cages, hooting, roaring, a tide of fury finally unleashed. Dodge stumbles to the door, but the others are already moving. They break free. They swarm. 😱

Caesar doesn’t look back. He walks to the main office, finds the canisters of the ALZ-113 gas, and releases it into the ventilation system. The apes breathe deep, their minds sharpening, their purpose solidifying. When the gas clears, they turn toward the doors—and the humans waiting outside. 🌫️

Caesar climbs onto a table, standing above the others. His family. His army. He meets their eyes and signs a single command: “Apes. Together. Strong.” 💪

Behind them, Dodge lies unconscious, broken, forgotten. He was wrong. Caesar doesn’t need protection. He was never the one who needed saving. 🌊
