Assassin's Creed Mirage Gameplay Looks Great But I'm Concerned

Assassin's creed mirage was announced almost a year ago and we finally saw some actual gameplay.

Unfortunately the gameplay trailer gave me hope but also reminded me that this is ubisoft.
The trailer was cool but doesn't show what assassin's creed will be in the future.
