When God Says No|TRAGEDY INTO TRIUMPH|Inky Johnson Motivation

Inky Johnson talks about letting go of the need to control everything and instead of trusting that things will unfold the way they’re meant to, even if it looks different than what we wanted.

Inky Johnson, who played safety at Tennessee, was projected to be a first-round NFL draft pick and was just 10 football games away from achieving his lifelong dream of being drafted to the NFL. But that dream ended when Johnson suffered a life-changing injury that left his right arm paralyzed and robbed him of the ONE thing he’d wanted for his entire life. Since then, Johnson has turned his story into one of triumph to encourage and uplift those around him.

His testimony serves as a powerful reminder that not everything is designed to stop us in our journey, but rather reposition us in the direction of what God has laid before us.

Johnson went on to study psychology and is now a motivational speaker at schools, community centers and ceremonies throughout the United States.
