Arthur shared how he started his business from nothing to a vegan candy to a vegan fast food restaurant. He discussed random food and then, finally, many people know: vegan fast food. His journey did not happen immediately; it took time and perseverance to get where he is today.

He wanted to show people that they could enjoy the same foods as those raised on a plant-based diet. He figured if he opened up his restaurant and offered delicious yet healthy food options, it would be easier for them to transition into this lifestyle. Getting started was not easy because most of his customers still preferred meat-based products.
