Row over 'tea vendor' remark: Mani Shankar thinks this is impish humour, says Swapan Dasgupta
The Buck Stops Here: Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyar's remark that Narendra Modi can never be Prime Minister but was welcome to sell tea at the Congress party conclave, has drawn some sharp criticism. One such reaction came from senior journalist and commentator Swapan Dasgupta. Speaking on NDTV's show The Buck Stops Here, he said the remarks were in bad taste. Mani Shankar Aiyar, however, justifies his comment.
