Last flight on G-OMYT Manchester (MAN) to Las Vegas (LAS) – awesome curved approach to 19L @ LAS

My last flight on the beautiful G-OMYT – now sadly broken up and melted down into Coke cans!

3rd July 2018 morning departure from MAN/EGCC 05L with clear views for the entire route. There was a heatwave in the UK at the time, hence the wild fires on the moors.
Routing north west to the Isle of Man, Belfast and over the Atlantic to the southern tip of Greenland. Then south west over the Labrador Sea to northern Quebec, Hudson Bay, Ontario, Minnesota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah and on to Nevada.
Finally, we fly the fabulous curved approach to LAS/KLAS runway 19L, with views across to the Stratosphere Tower and The Strip.

(At 09:45 a member of the cabin crew announces the half-time football score of nil-nil – this is England vs. Colombia in the round of 16 game in the World Cup. England eventually won on penalties!!)
