In this lower body workout, we will work on glutes (gluteus maximus), legs, and core. To get the most out of this workout do it EVERYDAY! It is quick and effective and can be done in between meetings or while you're waiting for your dinner to cook to get you closer to your fitness goals. This workout is low impact and no jumping is involved. It can be done at home in small spaces and with no equipment.
