About Su-47 -

The Sukhoi Su-47 Berkut, also designated S-32 and S-37 during initial development, was an experimental supersonic jet fighter developed by Sukhoi Company. A distinguishing feature of the aircraft was its forward-swept wing that gave the aircraft excellent agility and maneuverability.

Why Su47 cancelled ?

Its forward-swept wing design along with wide use of composite materials was selected in order to achieve better handling at low speeds and heights. The reason for it never adopted for service I see further modifications of Su-27(K), as well as lack of aircraft carriers in Russia.
