RTD Animated: Lucky Sandvich

Effect 2/72 of RTD animated and explained in SFM.

Lucky Sandvich is essentially the poor man's god mode. You can still die from the environment or backstabs or just sheer concentrated firepower. The one bonus it does have depends on the server which may allow the whopping amount of health you receive to last even when the roll runs out.
