STORY:
Whalestar is the oldest cat in the four Clans at 200 moons old. When he was younger, he had the respect of his Clan, his mate, his loyal deputy, and his seer. He was a great leader. Yet as he aged, Whalestar grew senile, forgetting that those he loved were dead. His new deputy, Maplesong, and the healer Shimmerblaze tried to help him, but Whalestar’s fear and confusion pushed them away. He wishes for the days when his mind was clear and he knew where he was. In the end, old age finally catches up to him after saving his Clan from a bloody battle.
