Omsi 2: Tram/Metro Map Addon: Übersee Germany (Deutschland) - Tram Line 48 - Airport to Steigerdorf

This another Omsi 2 tram map that had gone under my radar for a long time, that luckily I came across. The Übersee real map replicates the real life German city of Übersee; recreating some of the tram/metro/u bahn lines in the city. Omsi 2 Addon Übersee Deutschland is the first Omsi 2 Addon to feature a tram route with Underground sections (excluding Gladbeck). The map features 2 tram lines and recorded announcements, as well as an express map. In this video we drive line 48 between (Übersee Flughafen) Übersee Airport and Steigerdorf Bahnhof (Steigerdorf Train Station). What makes this map more interesting is that it features an Airport which is rare in Omsi 2, however unfortunately the Airport only contains the building and no actual planes and runways. However their are AI planes (DC9s or MD11s) which is showcased in the intro of the video. Nonetheless what is even more intriguing about this map is that the Airport is served by trams, something which is quite uncommon generally.

Naturally as with most Omsi 2 tram maps, we us the Tatra KT4D coupled (x2). Enjoy the video of another great addition to the Omsi 2 tram addons/maps collection. This map features overground and underground sections adding to the variety of the map.

Map info (from developer): Overseas, the city council has almost entirely trams! A total of 15 tram lines crisscross the city. You have the option of using line 48 from Steigerdorf to the airport and the Airport Express. This is one of the most used lines, as it connects many things for the residents of the city and is also one of the longest lines with about 25 minutes. The Airport Express, on the other hand, only takes 5 minutes. From the main station, the first thing to do is to go through the underground route past the stops and then on the specially built high-speed route, where the train transports passengers directly to the airport at 100 km / h.
