LG Freezer/Fridge not working - fixed!

Do you own one of the new generation LG refrigerators/Freezers? In this video, I show you how I fixed it. My unit went dead after being about 2.5 years old. It took about 24 to 36 hrs for us to notice that the food was getting defrosted. After trying several "tricks" that we saw on YouTube and others, we decided to call LG customer service. I describe my experience and it's outcome. This worked for many, but not everyone!
