💰 How much support can you get?

€3,000 → for jobs lasting 3–6 months

€5,000 → for jobs lasting over 6 months

👩‍🎓 Who can be hired?

International (non-Finnish) students or graduates

Must have graduated within the last 12 months (or graduate within a year)

Must live in Turku

Cannot have worked for the same employer before
🏢 Who can apply (employers)?

Companies, startups, NGOs, associations, foundations

Must have a Finnish business ID (Y-tunnus)

Must be operating for at least 1 year

Must be registered in Finland (prepayment register + bank account)
🚫 Not for private individuals or government/municipal jobs

Minimum contract: 3 months

At least 20 hours/week (for part-time)

Salary must follow Finnish standards (no commission-only jobs)

Work should match the employee’s skills/education

No other public subsidies allowed for the same job
